SPL Final [4.8] Bisu (SKT) vs FlasH (KT) 7set (ACE Match) / Neo ChainReaction + Victory Ceremony
Proleague is the Professional e-sports team match league in Korea and currently there are 2 leagues, namely StarCraft®: Brood War®(Blizzard Entertainment) and Special Force2(Dragonfly). 8 teams(KT Rolster, Samsung Electronics KHAN, STX Soul, SK Telecom T1, CJ Entus, Airforce Ace, Woongjin Stars, 8th game) participate in the StarCraft Proleague and also 8 teams(KT Rolster, STX Soul, SK Telecom T1, CJ Entus, Woongjin Stars, IT Bank, Tving, Q'SSEN) participate in the Special Force2 Proleague. Proleague 2011-2012 Season takes place at the Yongsan e-Sports Stadium (I-PARKmall, 9th floor) every Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday for Starcraft & every Saturday and Tuesday for Special Force2.

One of the best games ever played. It had everything. High stakes, a little cheese, a perfect game. Flash was at his peak and I think a winning record vs Bisu. They could have sent Fantasy because it’s safer for TvT. But they trusted Bisu and sent him out for this and won. I watch it once a year or so just to relive that moment I watched it first 10 years ago.

Truly one of the best and most epic BW games of all time. I watched the whole series live back then. Amazing finals for an amazing Proleague season. Side note: sucks that KZfaq shits up the quality of old videos over time.

SC2 could have been really great but blizzard.... just fucked it up so hard. So much potential in 2011 but... christ, after that it just became 50 minute turtle games with zero action

+this is the longest username you will ever see in the history of youtube since february 14th, 2005.. true jangbi went supersaiyan for a couple years there right before the broodwar scene ended, but bisu did revolutionize how protoss played

Hicieron sc2 porque los coreanos son demasiado buenos en broodwar que nadie que no sea coreano puede competir contra ellos. En sc2 hay mucho menos estrategia y micro.

Time capsule! You can see how affected Flash was from this loss. It's obvious now why he became known as the God of SC. He obsessed over it to the point of almost becoming undefeatable - 80% win race vs all 3 races... Insane. Bisu, insanely smart choices and movement. I think the golden era was really really cool - the maps were more unforgiving I think. If only BW had a zooming function for these old school tourneys.

The fact that you need to pay attention to your units to get more effectiveness out of them means that a player has to choose how to divide his attention. Just the way units behave is infinitely more awesome in BW. These sort of epic micro battles we saw in this final game simply can't exist in SC2 as units do everything on their own. The way Bisu surrounded that marine squad at 7:25, for example, just looks awesome because we know how hard it is to pull that off correctly.

boxer at his prime was well know for his fighting spirit, he always played till last unit died. Flash is legend for his incredible build orders, which changed greatly game at the time

He's quite correct; Flash realized the same thing and pulled his stuff back. He did it a bit later than he should have, however. This is because he, unlike us, could not see the Zealot rush incoming. But even at the rush, I think Flash thought that he would be able to hold the rush off with the few tanks at his natural, which he very well might have but for Bisu's micro. Hence, he pulled his stuff back even later. Yeah, these guys are much better than we ever will be, but they do make mistakes.

starcraft one tournaments were bigger. You can tell there was a lot more pressure on the players to win. Flash looked devastated.

Hoejja did play a great game in set6 but Neo ChainReaction is a map for Toss mainly and Bisu is the best ever against Zerg. It wasnt a bad decision to put Flash. Flash wanted to play ace match and nearly won as well. Zealot rush from bisu overturned the match. Bisu admitted he thought he lost and just rushed with many zealots.

저 때 이영호가 썼던 전략이 일회성이지만 거의 무적수준의 전략이라고 하던데.. 그거를 질럿 뚫기로 이겨버리네.. 확실히 김택용이 이영호한테 약하긴 한데.. 저런 순간적인 판단력은 대단한거 같다.

Iradia kalenz maybe it's "si jak ha get sm nida" sijak means "start" and ha get sm nida means "be going to do" so just know it means "we will start"

It has been so long since i last see Bisu micro managing it. i give bisu 8/10 while Flash 9/10 on micro, But Bisu did so much better in macro with 8.5/10 while Flash 7/10.

Jaedong is at the same pace, he always has a hardcore defensive stance and pokes the enemy to see what he has. Jaedong's micro is the scariest feature that he has, no SC1 Player can compare to his Micro.
