I remember one night at Disneyland, me and my little brother had ponchos, and nobody was in line since it was colder at night during the winter, and they let us go on it over and over again without getting out. We probably went through this like 10 times until our dad came and told us it was getting too late for us to be up. Good memories.

I'm so disappointed that Splash Mountain is going away forever. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, I thought. Song of the South is a part of film history!

Yes! As much as a Princess and the frog ride sounds awesome, I strongly suggest they not replace Splash Mountain with that. It's too much of a classic. 😊

Personally, I'd say change disneyland to tiana's bayou adventure since it's closer to New Orleans Square, and keep Walt Disney World's Splash Mountain

I'm 14 and went for the first time in October. And I went again in November. I'm so happy I got to go on Splash Mountain twice before it closed. It was definitely in my top 3 favorite rides their.

Aw, darn! This ride was closed while I was at Disneyland, so I wasn't able to ride it. My dad was really disappointed when he heard the news.

Got drenched on it the last time we rode and the first indoor show scene was almost in complete darkness. Happy that it all got fixed since we last been on it.

The laughing place drop gets you the most soaked when your either in the front and second row. Love to do it at night because my family all freaks out on getting wet. Best way to end the night 😂

The last time I road it back in 2021 just as log was getting ready for the big drop a girl behind me said “is it too late to turn back?” My response: yes I’ll miss that ride but I have good memories of it ☺️

Very cool to see the Christmas decorations still up. When I visited Disneyland in December 2022 I got to ride Splash Mountain 14 times on that trip and each time I had my own log because of course there was never much of a line in that weather. It was cold but very worth it, I had the best experience on that trip and will always miss Splash Mountain

I'll never experience this ride because Never been to Disneyland because Iv'e never been to California and now its gone but Iv'e been to Florida to disneyworld before and been on splash mountain and I'm going to miss that ride because there tearing it down and turning it into the princess and the frog.

This ride has plenty of nostalgia placed into it, because Disneyland was different in the old days. It's so sad that it'll be replaced as Tiana's Bayou Adventure in 2024 which is next year if I'm not mistaken. 😭

Honestly I think that they should keep the Disneyland one Splash Mountain and the one in Disney World Tiana’s Bayou Adventure because wouldn’t Disney want people to travel and spend the money to either ride splash mountain or Tiana’s Bayou Adventure? It’s their benefit honestly and it benefits everybody that loves Splash Mountain. I mean did they do that with Tower of terror? One is guardians of the galaxy in Disneyland and the other is still tower of terror. We love Splash Mountain ❤️

I know the one at Walt Disney World is closed forever as of this Monday, but is the one at Disneyland also closed forever as of this Monday or are they waiting later to close that one? I think I might have saw something somewhere that said they’ll be closed forever in both parks as of this Monday but I’m not exactly sure. Either ways I luckily got to ride it for a last and final time last October!

As of right now, Splash Mountain is open here in CA. It's gonna be around for a little bit and I went there last month.

The last time we rode Splash Mountain, that "How Do You Do" scene with the geese was almost in complete darkness. It was so weird.

tiana should have gotten her own ride if anything. not replace a classic disney attraction. although watching all these videos of splash (because im sad about the closure of WDW and soon DL) I really believe that splash mountain needed a major upgrade. their are some animatronics that have been missing or non functional for years. sad to see such a disney classic be left in such poor condition. they probably stopped caring as much when tianas ride was announced because all the splash stuff would be put to storage or thrown out anyway. I hate to admit im excited for tianas ride. nothing will ever beat splash mountain. splash was my childhood but all good things come to a close. lets just hope tianas ride isnt full of crappy screens and stupid projected faces and hope the imagineers keep the magic of splash mountain alive with the amazing audio animatronics. also i will be very upset if that one bird in the laughing place on disneylands ride doesnt make it into tianas ride somewhere.

Yeah I agree with you @CaliforniaDreamin,I pray for The Bre Buddies returns to the Magic Kingdom frontier land before the grand opening of Splash Mountain Disneyland so everyone can get to enjoy the parade and fireworks reminds me of Independence Day on July 4th in Wisconsin where I was at up north

I pray for The Splash Mountain Magic Kingdom to be constructed right next to Tiana's Bayou adventure with bre buddies characters and shopping so everyone can buy and play with them free-for-all, the pictures are great taking by flashing them while dropping off cliff in the log they ride on itself and all of the songs lyrics are most important to you as well so I can make sure that everybody gets to enjoy the extraordinary extended ride if they're waiting for it till next 2 years is over

Dear lord I pray for The Splash Mountain song of the south, bre characters, songs lyrics with shopping and extended version return to Disneyland Magic Kingdom to be constructed right next to Tiana's Bayou adventure in frontier land before the grand opening starts on August 30th 2027 there will be a new releases in the couple of years from this month of June to August 15th 2027 while I was in the casino 🎰 winning the lottery money 💰 💸 💲 🪙 💶 💰 💸 😉 😄 💰 for my rewards delivered and my 33rd birthday treats 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎁 🎊 after the middle weekend of August everyone can enjoyed this 😉 😀 😄 😎 if the cloudy weather's good for riding on it Don't Forget to let the constructioners building businessmen created their own 12 minutes log watering machinery ride started from the beginning of the March 2025 to August 21st 2027 and I Love it since I was 9 years old ride on the twin log so we thank God for the entire family and friends who have been awarded for sharing with loved 😍🥰😀😊😄☺️😉 we thank God for these moments with the viewers this one's awesome and I have been thinking of you 🤗 ❤️ 😉 😍 💖 😀 🤗 ❤️ 😉 😍 amen
