So im going write a long comment cus i feel like to. Sunset Paradise was my first ever Glitch/SMG4 content i watched. After finishing it i got introduced to SMG4 and i got hooked. SMG4 is basically builds around Super Mario being as stupid as possible, next to that there are other Nintendo games being featured with wacky adventures AND memes, lots of memes, the epitome of memes. But at first i watched all the Splatoon/Meggy related stuff so i can understand Sunset Paradise and oh lord......the lore and inside jokes i missed is criminal. After that i kept watching SMG4 and of course, Meta Runner, Glitch's first ever animated show (highly recommend). Sadly, both SP and MR got overshadowed by Murder Drones and TADC, but i kinda get it. So, thank you for giving old Glitch some love and reading this. Love!❤

This is something of the underdog of Glitch Productions' works, not getting as much attention as what they've done before or after, but it's still a fun adventure to follow along with! I can't wait to see you react to the rest of the series if you get around to it. Fun fact: The animation style and art direction was designed to feel like a nostalgic video game, particularly taking inspiration from Super Mario Sunshine and LoZ: Wind Waker.

Huh, wasn’t expecting a Sunset Paradise Reaction, but i appreciate it all the same, i hope you enjoy the rest of Show. This does look very entertaining so far. Also, a little heads-up, this Show is pretty closely associated with the SMG4 Series, which itself has a Video that kind of leads directly into this Show and there by could work as some sort of Prologue, i also think there’s a Video that could work as some sort of Epilogue too, just so you know. I hope you do the Gildedguy Series too at some point, it’s quite the spectacle.

Woah there, Pard'ner. Meggy was voiced by Lizzie Freeman in Sunset Paradise, and for a few years in the other show too before Elsie took over around 2 years ago

This is not Elsie Lovelock. I think Elsie didn't start working with Glitch until Meta Runner season 3 (Or murder drones, I don't remember wich was first)

@@saeko1488 Yeah, Lizzie voiced Meggy in SMG4 starting late 2020, and did sunset paradise, Elsie voiced Uzi in 2021 Murder Drones pilot, then took over as Meggy's SMG4 VA in 2022, and now Lizzie is Pomni's VA

There is one problem with looking at SMG4: It’s hooting HUUUUGE. First released in 2011, and still going, SMG4 is a wacky love-letter to memes and video games. where memes make the world go round, and Mario (yes, Jumpman Mario) is a cr*ckheaded no-thoughts-head-empty chaos gremlin. Paradoxically, it also deals with loss, self doubt, and the value of friendship. If you do look into it, my recommendation is to try to trim it down to the “important” episodes if you can, and see how deeply you want to dig from there. Even so, I expect it to be more of an “on your own time” series, because again, it’s huuuuuge. Regardless, Meggy is a wonderful character in both that series and this one. In smg4, she’s typically the straight-man (tv tropes definition) of the cast, though she does have her zaniness triggers. She’s also a lousy cook (don’t tell her). All I’ll say on her story is what you may have pieced together: She’s been through a lot and it’s taking a toll on her. Sunset paradise takes place when she literally takes a vacation from SMG4 to sort some things out.

Was literally gonna ask if you would watch metarunner,but you already mentioned it in the video,it's such a good show,it has 3 full seasons. Also I recommend watching Mario the ultimate gamer on the smg4 channel before watching metarunner,it basically introduces the main character of metarunner in it,she's my favorite character

Please Check out Meta Runner. It's by far my favorite GLITCH Show.❤❤❤ It's also there first show. The mian character Tari is also a character from SMG4, but unlike Meggy it's completly separate from SMG4.
