@@Octokillz_Frags are what they called kills in Quake so people today still refer to them that way. A frag compilation would be showing off a bunch of splats/kills someone got. Also when someone calls someone else a "top-fragger" or "bottom-fragger" it means they have the most or least kills in the match respectively which can usually be seen by checking the scoreboard in other games.
