Hi gorgeous! Today we are working on split leaps. I walk you through flexibility stretches to get higher leaps, across the floor progressions like high kicks and chassés, and then do a full demonstration of a dance leap. This split leap tutorial is a great follow along class for anyone trying to get a higher jump, flexible legs, flexible hips, and a flexible back, as well as beginner dancers who are working on split leap basics. The key to a high dance leap is power, clean technique, and mobility- so try this video out each day and watch how your saut de chat gets better and better.
