I’ve piggy backed several gm trucks on Holley, if you miss the ground in the gm harness that was originally on the back of the block in the valley by the cam sensor it will hold the starter on, that’s also probably your crank sensor loss too….even though it’s irrelevant for the Holley, if you have a bad ground everything else that used it pulls it through something else
