The TK Custom moon clips are going to interesting to see; I hope they work well. I've been giving serious thought to ordering a 5" SPHOR in .357 next year to use as a general-purpose revolver. I'm still on the fence, though, on whether to pay the extra $1k to get the 9mm cylinder.

@@theoriginalDAL357 the advantage I see to a 9 cyl is cheap practice. And cheap factory ammo. But then again….if you are spending the money…may as well get everything. Don’t forget Nill grips!

Looking forward to seeing more on this. Would like to see if there is any practical value to the rail section on barrel but having a hard time picturing what it would be.

I believe….and it’s just a guess….the German market can’t concealed carry. Probably just for range use for them.

@@HandgunHuntingAfield My guess is that it is a compromise to have rail somewhere to satisfy those that won't buy unless there is some rail space. Mayb to attach other sights, maybe something like the mantis sensors. Could also be that someone like in Austria adds a laser there. We can't attach lights or lasers. Overall, even those that carry on the job wouldn't go in that price range. Even in the US of A, most revolvers still have irons. It's about time to get some flatter mounting options, not just rails for scopes on the larger models. The increased height sights look like they're meant to co-witness with a dot.

SPOHR makes a phenomenal looking Revolver however there's no way in hell they should be more than a Staccato. Not to mention the polygonal rifling is a huge turn off for most people too. If they'd lower the price to sub 2k it would be an instant buy. Anything beyond that though you're getting diminishing returns for what it offers. Beautiful gun though. There's no question about that.

@@d.b.hemlock a smith and Wesson PC model revolver is right at 2k and it’s no where near the quality of these. Spohr is 100% machined firearm…from bar stock….not cast, forged, or stamped….. o….and their sister company makes 1911 that blow the newly rebranded STI out of the water🔥
