One word: Grammy! Emoni has sung with them before and Rachel actually played Elphaba on Broadway. And don't worry about a speaking reaction--your face says it all and shows what you're feeling and thinking. I'm still awed and I can't tell you how many times I've seen this now.

As far as I am aware, Rachel never played Elphaba. She was the Glinda understudy on the Wicked National Tour in 2010 or 2011.

Emoni is also in their video of Just Sing. When you think you are not reacting, nothing could be further from the truth. When we love a song or performance so much that we forget all else, that is the best reaction you could have. I think it would be common through all of us that in instances like this video of Voiceplay, sometimes we forget we are even there for a reaction, instead it's like we are all just watching it and enjoying it together as friends. We are changed for the better, because we know you.

Emoni is said to rhyme with pony :) And yes Geoff is a brilliant arranger. He spent years, literally, working on this.

Loved your reaction to this great video. There is a Voiceplay with Emoni called I Love Me - it's very funny, but with a lesson. I have never seen anyone react to it.

Most reactors have a problem trying to figure out when to pause with Voiceplay videos. Even with just one song, they tend to jazz it up with various genres of music mixed in and the transitions are so seamless and surprising, it's hard to press pause, even when you need to. You just feel that pausing will mean you could miss something else that's going to surprise you.

Just an FYI (because she deserves it)- Emoni has her own KZfaq channel, emonilovesmusic- kzfaq.info/love/q217xs6IAP-9IemfnmeWuAvideos As others have mentioned, she's collabed with VoicePlay several times (I Love Me, Just Sing, The Bones, Can't Believe It) including on the Sing Off tour.

It was very well done. I guess it took Geoff like three years to do the arrangement for this. I assume Eli did the lighting as he has been doing that for their last several videos. A lot of the songs from this are really difficult to sing solo much less in harmony. Geoff does plenty of deep bass in this but those notes blend in to the harmonies so well they don't stand out as such unless you really listen for them.
