Watching with the closed captions helps as well or watching something in your native language with the English subtitles on if available. It helped me when i was learning English when I was little😊

That's why I learned to trim my own hair. It almost seem like all the hair stylists hated my very long hair. I would tell them only cut this little and they would cut way more.
