My parents implemented responsibility as a kid since 1998 at the age of 7 I was working. Learning how to be a grown-up a man. During my summers I woke up at 3am and worked at 4am. Especially thanks to my mom where I work I am respected and appreciated by my bosses. And I got employee of the month three times. So now when I have kids I'm going to do the same.

I'm liking the dad, he taught his spoiled son, Benjamin a great lesson, he gave him a trial period challenge to see if he can keep a job for 2 months without being fired and he'll do his end of the deal, give Benjamin money for the car. His son did keep his job for 2 months, made a friend with Malcom, who taught him everything, told him his problem and worked with him. After his 2 month trial period, he completes his deal, told his dad about Malcom's condition and he will use that money to help Malcom's surgery, promised he'll pay his father back which he agrees. Malcom did learn the value of hard work and earning money rather than sponging off his dad like a spoiled brat without working. Big UPS to Benjamin for doing so and helping out Malcom...

I just can't help but compare them and this channel most definitely is in the advantage! This particular content, checked all the marks and most importantly, I love how the story unfolds and how unpredictable it was. This definitely isn't boring to watch as the actors are great! The cinematography (though not film like) is also very effective! plus great editing!
