Excute should be a tier 4 or 3 cuz there are really crazy things you can cause with that doing multiple commands and things that you cant normally do with basic comands

With "data modify" you can change cool parameters on players like max health, speed and so much more

/reload doesnt do anything on its own, '/reload confirm' is what does the magic on bukkit based servers (lifesteal uses purpur, purpur is a paper fork, paper is a bukkit fork)
