Did cortson shots. Didn't work. Going in for rfa testing now. Praying that helps the pain. I can feel my spine move, and it's painful. Twisting is severely painful and I feel the bones. But I don't feel it down my leg or foot.

Dear Dr. just from the x ray findings. SEVERE DISC DEGENERATION C5-C7. MULTILEVEL FACET ARTHROPATHY WITH ASSOCIATED C4 ANTEROLISTHESIS. Severe disc height loss from C5 to C7. Severe facet arthropathy at C7-T1. Do i need a surgery?

Is it good to try a cervical RFA vs. steroids before considering surgery that will be necessary in the future ? for bilateral foraminal stenosis and facet hypertrophy? You are making a difference for many. Thank you

What is your thoughts on a hybrid surgery? This compromise of a fusion on the L4/L5 level due to Spondylosis and a disc replacement of the L5/S1 for disc deterioration. Some doctors recommend this to salvage a future surgery due to adjacent level failure. Thanks in advance Dr.

Unfortunately I didn't have a chose on my back surgery. L4 L5 spinal stenosis stenosis. I was taken by ambulance to the ER and they did emergency surgery because I didn't have control of my bladder or bowel movements as well as not having any control of my legs from the waist down. What are your thoughts on that? Thank God it took a full year to recover somewhat but I'm thankful I'm not wearing diapers anymore or using a walker.
