Thank you! I have never had anyone show me any type of PT for spondy. I have it in my L4-5 and SI issues. I don’t have sciatica but I have a slippage to where when I lay down I feel it move back into place every time. It hurts so bad every day and I’m a school teacher. I use to be a gymnast and gymnastics coach until I was 32 yrs. can’t even coach anymore. It feels like the flu in my low back all the time. I have been to numerous chiropractors all my life. I also had a right hip replaced. My replaced hip is great. It’s just my low low back. I can barely shop, stand for more than 10-20 min or walk very long distances. It hurts every day of my life almost all day. I’m working on getting my weight down and I will try baby steps with these. Thank you so much!! I Praise God I found you!

Brad, thank you so much for these videos. They really helped my Grade 1 spondylolithesis. I still have pain while working but it is slowly improving by doing your daily exercise. To others, don't give up hope!

I was diagnosed with Spondy grade 2 several months ago at age 62. . I've been using the Booyah stick every morning for stretching and doing the ball exercises every evening after work. The pain in my lower back has been eliminated by over 50 percent. Just started riding my bike again. Your exercises have really helped. You guys are the most famous physical therapists on the internet....in my opinion...lol. keep up the good work. I'm now looking for a place to mount the Bands.Thank you

I have suffered with spondylolithesis since 1995, with varied intensity... Had epidural injections in 1995 - worthless procedure... eventually fused and was good until 2011 and 2012. Two years in a row had car crash into my rear... now the spondy is very active. Chiro has been fixing this on occasion over past 9 years. Now with COVID-19, and in Florida very hesitant to go to chiro. Had a very bad attack last week and went to chiro and got a half adjustment which helped some... for a week suffering more, and hesitant to go to chiro... tried the ball exercise, just now. It gave me relief!!! Thanks you guys!! omg!!!

Thanks for the tips, I suffer from Spondy as well. PT has helped a lot, but shedding 46 pounds has also helped a lot, most people don't realize how much pressure that belly puts on the spin.

My Spondy has progressed to scoliosis and a whole list of other spinal disasters and I am now on a wait list for major surgery. I have been following you for over a year since I had an acute slippage and doing the exercises I am able ( minus the ball) and i honestly believe it has helped me retain some mobility. So here is what I need from you guys soon..a full pre op exercise routine and a post surgery recovery programme please :)

Could you please do a video of exercises for retrolisthesis? I don't know what grade I am at! I also have 3 bulging discs and spinal stenosis, which these exercises are great for, what fun for me! It's all from l3 to s1. Thanks guys you're the best on here, I'm always recommending your channel ❤️❤️

I find it interesting...Brad feels better from doing this particular exercise in this particular way....Crunches have been killing me (spondy with anterolisthisis of L5 S1, and more)...for me it's planking...1 minute of planking and my back feels great, till I have been standing so long my feet hurt and I need to sit down, then the pain returns (maybe posture issues?).

Dear Brad and Bob…Hi all the way from Sweden! I have Marfans syndrome and as a result of this have needed operations to strengthen my entire spine ( spinal fusion) and more importantly my aorta. I was told not to literally “hold my breath” as this increases my blood pressure, and to add to an already bad situation, I got an operational hernia!…so the entire left area of my stomach has NO muscles in them (I have a little balloon like area which is basically useless now) They won’t operate on it because of the mortality risk and it’s success rate for Marfans is very low. Are there any exercises I can do to stop my back (lumber, left region) from hurting? My left leg is also about 1-2cm shorter than my right! I would also love some exercises that can strengthen my legs, WITHOUT putting strain on my knees or hips? I know that this is all pretty specific, but I’m almost 53 and normally it has been that MOST people suffering from Marfans don’t usually survive into “old age” so it’s all pretty much unknown territory for me and my peers. I would appreciate any tips you could share guys! I’ve subscribed to your channel because once I was having a hell of a time with my knees and your video helped SO much! (And your both funny and fun to watch too!) xx

Not 100%, but very close. Back to most of my activities like yard work, even with chain saw, Triathlons, water sking and I may try to slolum water ski this year. Watching posture, consistent core workouts and avoiding exercises and activities that irritate it. 60 yo and doing better than 10 years ago for sure. Brad
