INGREDIENTS:
7 INCH MOULD
FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
2 EGGS (SUBSTITUTE 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK OR CURD)
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1/2 CUP
VANILLA - 1 TSP
MILK - 1/3 CUP
NOTE : 1 CUP = 250 ML
* ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR IF YOU ARE USING CONDENSED MILK*

Tried!! Turned out very soft, spongy and decilious. Used microwave oven. It took me exact 45 minutes for baking and instead of baking powder I used 1/4tsp of baking soda+1/2 tsp white vinegar (substitute for baking powder,i did not have baking powder), still got the exact result. Thank you for the recipe!!!

I tried it today on the stove top! I struggled a lil bit with the flame like I had a big pot to place my better in so the amount of flame mattered a lot. But, I managed to make it successful, it was my first time to make a cake. It is amazing as shown in the thumbnail! Thanks a lot, I appreciate that ❤️

Thank you soo much to yummy!! I tried out this cake!!!! It came out very tasty!! We did not get vanilla extract in this lock down!! So I used honey!! I taste was amazing than the shop cakes!! I am just studying 9 Th standard and done many cakes but some faults will be found!!! But this game is really amazing and sterday was mom and dad anniversary!!! So I did this and surprised them!!! I tried this today. Finally such a perfect fluffy sponji cake it came out. Will save ur vdo link in notepad so that i can follow this every time.Instead of blender, i whisked eggs with battary run tiny handblenders, then mixed sugar powder, oil and mixed thoroughly. Thanks a lot.

Parvathy Prathyusha take whipping cream sashay follow the instructions in the box add color if you want or you can take the liquid whipping cream which u can buy easily at the store and beat it. Or you take lots of butter and put icing sugar in it ( buttercream icing ) . Or you can take some mangos and cut them blend them and add sugar put it on stove and cook it until translucent and spread on top of cake or even in the middle and melt chocolate and put in piping bag with a small whole and male design on the mango glass with the chocolate

Made cake for the first time.. Turned out so good ❤️❤️. Recommended. If you are using otg preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 160°C. Then bake for 25 to 30 minutes with both coils on 🙌

Guys do try it, its an amazing recipe! Also as an addition if u reduce the milk a little and add 1tablespoon or so dahi, it will improve the texture! (Keep in mind the consistency though)

I made this cake..that was amazing.. Super soft, fluffy, soft cake... Instead of oil I added butter...woww thanks dear for such a wonderful recipe🥰🥰
