Oh my gosh!! This is so interesting! I did the costumes for my highschool production of SpongeBob last year and ran into the same complete lack of resources so I'm glad this is out there for future costume makers!! I love how you approached this with the foam and boning joints (I massively over-complicated it for myself by using pool noodles and 3D printed hinges.. which ended up being way more trouble than it was worth) I also love what you did with the shoes! I spent my whole christmas break muddling with epoxy and mending plates and failing to make anything work so my squidward only had two feet, but I still wish I'd figured something out like you did!! I feel like I rambled a whole lot but I hope you enjoy reading this, if you want to see pictures of how I did mine send me an email and I'd love to share!!
