Hi sir I got the sponsorship from the Dilbar restaurant in Birmingham broad street. And he appointed me as a chef, during the interview I told him that I am only vegetarian chef in curries and vegetables. The owner said me to do little practice of tandoor so that you will learn it easily after coming to Uk. I only had 25 days and I did a lot of practice and I almost learned 70% work of tandoori items. I arrived in UK on 4th June 2023 the owner picked me up from airport and he directly took me in restaurant, I worked there almost for 5 hours directly from airport. Then he changed his statement the owner said that you don’t know how to make prawns, beef, and any non vegetarian items so we are deporting you. After a long conversation he decided to accept me but in 1 condition that I have to wash the culinary, mope the floor, and clean the toilets. So I accepted that because I was new in the country I accepted that. On the same day I slept in a restaurant on small sofa and on 5th June I worked from 6am to 11:30pm without taking any bath and any proper meal. The owner was giving false statement that he will drop me in my room so that I can take rest. Same day I slept on sofa in restaurant as well On 6th June he wake me at 7 am and want me to work in kitchen to help him preparing the breakfast but I refused to do that because I was so tired and hungry. He was threatening me again and again that he will deport me but I said him I will call the police. At that time he got scared and sent me to the room. From 6th June till 22nd June he didn’t allowed me to work with him and giving me the advise to go london in southhall there you will find a job. And I was getting life threatening call from his side to leave his house but I was not leaving his house because I was not having any friend or relative there. After so many tries he gave me the termination letter where he said me that you provided the false information at the time of interview. And now we are terminating you. Sir can you help me in this case because no one is going to sponsor me as they are asking for the hug amount I had already paid 20lakh rupees to agent in India for the job
