4 жыл бұрынOur favorite little campground in Minnesota had one spot open up for one night so we decided to drop everything send a 5 hour road trip! This was our first time making it up to Northern Minnesota this summer! It was such a fun and refreshing getaway for us! Here's part one of our camping adventure!

I worked at a summer camp two hours south of Duluth two years ago and I got hit with so many memories. My Co workers and I would stop at that place sometimes on our rare days off together. We chilled at that exact spot and just look over Lake Superior!

I’m going to this place with my wife and two boys this may (coming up from the southeast metro). A bit more “glamping” though as we try out our brand new travel trailer for his first time. We are super excited, it looks so gorgeous up there.

JulieAnn you really don’t need much! As you can see from our little camp site tour we keep it pretty basic. I think winging it and possibly not having every essential is what makes camping fun and different from staying at a hotel or something.

First video I’ve watched in a good while. I had to stop watching yalls videos and unfollow y’all bc I found myself being very jealous and sad bc I couldn’t live this kind of life. When I first started watching yalls stuff, it brought me so much joy. Somewhere along the line that changed. But I’m back and can’t wait to catch up on everything lol I don’t get jealous about anything so I knew I had to step back and set my heart right. But anyways! I really enjoyed this video!

CoffeeReads that’s actually a very normal thing for you to say. Most don’t admit it and say it out loud but it’s very common to watch a lot of these youtubers who travel the world and see they’re lives as so much better than yours. Mainly because they’re creating memories and experiences in beautiful places, while most are sitting at home in a small crappy town, broke, with nothing to do. I’ve felt like that before as well. But instead of feeling sad, just start saving up money and at the end of the year instead of spending hundreds on Christmas, plan a trip to one of these beautiful places and live a little!

I love the Great Lakes so much! Have you been to Sleeping Bear Dunes, mackinac Island, pictured rocks, or apostle islands? Those places are amazing.

We're from Alexandria too but moved to the Florida panhandle a year ago so yes theres a Caribou where we are from! but no caribous down here which has made me super sad. Dunkin isn't as good as Caribou😔
