Thank you! I somehow unset my “tone” and you helped me get it back’ I really need tone and vibration for my sensitive dogs. I only use shock if they ignore me!

Perfect. Thank you for your time. Direct and to the point. I shock myself with it before I do my dog. My wife thinks I’m crazy but that’s fair game to me. I agree if someone is always shocking their dog then something is wrong. With just the beep mine comes back FAST. Usually just putting the collar on him he knows the playing is over.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was so confused on the modes. I finally said quarantee someone has it on you tube, where I can understand it! I had a cheaper one 3-4 years ago. Mainly training to get my dog to stop barking. I HATE BARK COLLARS, they shock mainly. My dog learned by second day using tone only. Well we lost the collar part and he was back to barking. As soon as I put this one on. He knew what it was. ❤

Thanks for the informative video. We followed each step that you explained but we only hear the tone no matter which button we pressed. We left the collar on stimulation level 2, set the transmitter to level 1, paired the collar and remote. We are unable to hear any vibration and only hear tone with each button. Any idea what may be wrong here?

Hi, first a compliment to your communication style. Very informative and clear. I am now a follower/subscriber. I've adopted/inherited a 1yr old (now 2) purebred and papered black GSD. She came with a Sport Dog 425X. I have spent a year with basic obedience training she has done excellent. Now moving/adopting the e-collar. Mt challenge: I can't seem to get the ecollar to stimulate. Every time a press a control it only beeps. Help?

When you say “continuous shock” for the top shock button, how long is that? Do you have to press button again to turn shock off or does it do it for so many seconds and stop

Great video my friend. I just got an 825X today. I was using a DogCare TC05 e-collar and it got wet a couple times and died. My shepherd husky mix likes to jump in the water and a “water resistant” e-collar just won’t cut it. But I do feel like the vibrate on the DogCare TC05 was stronger than the vibrate on the 825X. It’s probably enough vibrate on the 825X but it’s got me wondering if it’s not working as it should be right out of the box.

what if my transmitter doesnt have a pressable button on the back to set the desired mode?! I broke a pen, used a screw and it doesnt press!!! help
