It's a shame Konami didn't port a lot of these 90's arcade titles to the Saturn and Playststion especially Run and Gun. The closest we got was NBA Give and go on the SNES and NBA In The Zone on PS1. There was also Slam and Jam which was similar but not the same. Konami should release an arcade sports collection for Switch/PS/Xbox that includes Run and Gun 1/2... Soccer Superstars.... Rushing Heroes.... Hyper Athlete....etc.... It would sell well. They could have all the other Konami games on this list as hidden games that time release after every 10 hours of play.

Keep in mind you're talking about a company which has been actively self destructing ever since it parted ways with Hideo Kojima. Did you see that abomination they put the Contra name on recently? Contra Rogue Corps is what I'm referring to. Although I guess Wayforward is making Contra Operation Galuga which actually looks quite good, and Konami did release the Contra Collection.

Esta lista también es un recordatorio de lo bien provista que estaba la Neo Geo en el campo de los deportes. Me extraña muchísimo no ver en la lista al Tehkan World Cup, fue el juego de fútbol más popular en los arcades durante los 80.

Squash is a really fun game to play. There's a topless girl in the crowd that surprised me to see in an arcade sports game.

¡Gran selección! Personalmente no es un género que tenga en lo más alto de mis gustos (sobre todo por culpa de los FIFAs) pero hay deportes más allá del furbol

if wrestling games count you should add wrestlefest , as far as sports games go , virtua tennis and virtua striker

Not big on sports games, but I’d be damned if I didn’t put a couple quarters in Open Ice every time I saw it. Shame it didn’t catch on as well as its NBA counterpart.
