Even though we have talent it is not shown because of selfish and arrogant heads and recent example is ambati rayudu and vinod kambli. This type of suppression not only in sportsin every department we can find. Talent is not shown because of such an impudent and mean mentality people.

Good ending. Unfortunately such rude and illogical boss exist. Psychological sick people grace the table. It's pity that those who don't know how to employ the talents rationally do such damage and go scotsfree. Conclusion could have been better. Good acting though.
