I actually got to tour Alabama's weight room in person when I drove my cousin down there for camp back in 2021. The camera doesn't even do the size of it justice. It's huge! It's also really modern and extremely clean. Doesn't even look like they use it. Lol

Great video! I go to UK so I’m glad they got included, the football facility seems really nice. Also we have two student rec centers on campus and both are pretty nice as well, they have the UK logo on all the plates and dumbbells and everything. Reminds me of something like you’d see on this list.

Air Force actually updated its weight room again; it’s crazy UPDATE: Time to visit Alabama's new weight room...SHEEEESH. Schools like Georgia have updated with a focus on size, but Bama upgraded with all the most cutting edge sports science tech

I thought it was interesting that Nebraska hasn't really updated their weight room in almost 20 years. Most of these weight rooms look like copies of theirs. Next year when the new facility opens up. It will blow the doors off of all these facilities.

Bama just redid their massive facility so it's even better. That said, this is going to be a moving target as every college seems to be gravitating towards similar philosophies. Loved the bits about Sorinex, Plae, Rogue...etc.

These are very impressive facilities and I’m sure they help a lot in recruiting. Weights are weights though and the same results can and are achieved by programs with lesser facilities. USC’s dominant run under Pete Carroll occurred with a horrible weight room stuck in a small basement. Those teams were jacked though and physically dominated.

I don't know how up to date this program is but I can tell you in all objectivity that Alabama has THE BEST football weight room and training facilities and George is second! That's the gospel truth!

Colorado Buffaloes 🐃 football program's weight room, as I said in recent history, is not really that spectacular. It's in the top 20 weight rooms on this list, but not on mine. Their facility is missing quite a few key components that are essential for body development.

@Sports Dissected by COISKI University of Arkansas' weight room facility is my favorite weight room facility on your list. Outside of theirs, every weight room facility on your list, from 19th rank to 1st rank, has a better weight room than the Colorado Buffaloes weight room facility -- in my strong opinion.

The staff members who are giving the tours of the weight rooms are the worst.

We were always able to train our entire team at the same time because we had four guys to a group and we moved quickly through the circuit training and didn't stop until the timer ran out. I don't care what your facility looks like. If you don't have some real savages lifting, it doesn't make a difference. It doesn't matter

No way Oregon is #1 its to boring Alabama Facility is top notch I've seen it in person. They are also getting another big update to it if you can imagine that. I was impressed with Michigan as well

So the brand new 100m dollar football center Auburn just opened with TWO 100yard indoor practice fields a 100 yard outside practice field a 60 yard straight line to run the 40 in the middle 0f the badass weight room didnt make the list WOW
