This is how they get away with it though, they claim the facility and coach salaries as expenses, and then at the end of the year they've managed to spend their entire budget. In a way I guess you could say this is their was of ''paying'' the players, but the school gets to keep what they spent the money on. Its a sweet system for the schools, lol

Wasn’t really a big fan of you until last year. That was the first time I saw your beat cancer jerseys and field. I am a childhood cancer survivor and have always wished for more sports teams to create jerseys and stuff for us. I actually wrote letters to Auburn and Texas (my favorite teams along with y’all) asking them about making jerseys regarding childhood cancer. I am now a full Oregon fan and painted my room yellow and green. Thank you guys for recognizing childhood cancer and making me fell as though people actually care about September and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. #GoGold #WinTheDay #WarEagle #HookEmHorns

I’m buddies with a former Oregon ducks offensive lineman and he took me and my dad through a tour in this facility and when I say it was the coolest thing ever, I mean it. Free Gatorade vending machines, video games, and over look of the practice field, everything. They even have a room for all of the rings and bowls the ducks have won! This was the time when Marcus played for us and ugh. It was such an awesome experience that I will never forget

Gator fan here. Oregon dodged a bullet by losing Taggart and Mario Cristobal is definitely going to put Oregon in the top ten maybe even in playoffs in the next few years. As long as you can run the PAC 12 north, the PAC 12 south looks pretty soft besides Utah

Losing Taggart was a blessing in disguise. Cristobal brings the right attitude, but they need to find a better OC or it will all be for not. I'm not impressed with the Alabama style offense they're trying to run. Even Alabama isn't running that style anymore--that should tell you something.

@@cryogeneric UW is the "kid to beat" for at least the next decade if not longer. U of O had their reign under the Chip Kelly era, now it's Chris Peterson's legacy to forge and UW shows NO signs of slowing down. The road to the Pac12 Championship will likely go through UW for the foreseeable future.

I feel like Autzen and the Swamp are the two toughest places to play. I'd like to see a home and home match up between Oregon and Florida. Oregon did really good on the road this year beating USC and Washington on the road but playing in the Swamp would be a huge test of how good Oregon is on the road. Also I'd like to see and SEC team play in Autzen I know there are some hostile environments in the SEC but they might be surprised by Autzen.

You are right though I always had a feeling the job was too big for Taggart but he managed to get the best assistant coaches somehow and one of them was Cristobal. I'm really happy with the transformation that has taken place. Its amazing how Oregon went from a up tempo option scheme that would leave the defense out on the field to a time of possession team. Although Oregon was better at being a Pac 12 team then the other Pac 12 teams during the Chip Kelly era it feels like now they are slowly turning into an SEC style team with Cristobal.

A lot of it is overkill, but they got a successful program. They have every amenity you can think of. This video was simply amazing doing the tour.

Ncaa was discontinued because players werent getting paid for their likeness being used, yet a lot of the team's have facilities like this with everything catered to them. Thanks😂

Those facilitoes dont compensate for all the time they gotta put in to go to school, practice for football and even make money to live. Which is why its pretty much a crime for them not to pay these athletes who have so much on the line.
