@@RidgeRunnerATV I really like the way you installed the snorkels behind the radiator. Was there any special fittings needed to complete this and is there a mounting bracket for the snorkels to connect to the rack for stiffness.

I like the mods you have done on your 800 efi, I have a 2009 800 efi x2 with mods, what have you done with the clutches so far and have you done any other performance mods? Have you done anything to lift it and if so what did you do? Thank you!

Thank you!!! Just a Highlifter bracket lift. No clutch work or performance mods unfortunately.

Yes it has decent brackets on the back/bottom. I am fully confident in it being secure.

I didn't do any engine or clutch work. RPMs will be same as stock.

Did yall have any more problems out of the other axles I ordered this lift kit for my 2008 800...and how did that armor tech axels hold up? My biggest fear is the axles on lifting it but I need the clearance I'm destroying my fenders and fender flairs.

No more issue after that. The armor tech did alright as far as I know.

@@RidgeRunnerATV I've got a 2005 like yours. I have a set of 29.5x10x12 id like to put on it and i know ill need a small lift but I'm worried I wouldn't be able to use the factory plow.

The bike has been gone for some time now. It was a good one! Yeah idk about the plow. Jack it up about 5" withe the plow on, that would give you an idea. Aftermarket wheels or spacers to get tires out away from the plow frame might be needed.

I mean obviously it increases the angle and I would think that puts more stress on the axle. It does not hang up and operates within the max angle of the stock axles. On my wife's 570 SP I have broken more axles before I put the lift on than after the lift was installed.

All of ours have the Highlifter bracket lifts on them and I will continue to use them. Hope that helps man.
