Yea he’s a fking beauty. Lots goes into being a captain and after ones like messier franchise knows they need to choose wisely. Hughes was definitely the best pick among all the contenders.

Considering the Canucks are usually so filled with drama, chaos, confusion, slip ups, catastrophes, and what not really nice to have a super chill, no drama, keep-his-composure dude as captain / Yeah, there’s a smirk there whenever he knows there is a good backstory that he’s not sharing 😂

Just make the playoffs please make the playoffs lol. Hughes is the best defenseman that has ever played for the Canucks. Best defenseman I've seen play. Been really fun watching him this year hopefully he keeps it up.

I'll never forget the day Quinn was drafted...Whoever the announcer was that casted these words of doubt "That's a small body everybody". Whoever he is, he doesnt belong on any sports network.
