Not really fair. That means someone will be passing them the puck and some people will get better passes than others. Also the speed of the pass will effect the shot speed.

Really impressed by Klingberg. Didn't know he had that much power behind his slap shot. If that last one was lower in the net it would've been 100+ mph easily

I wish the skills competition was set up differently, I would love to see Chara Slap the puck one last time. I would also like to see Chara and Weber against each other as well. They need to change it because there are so many players that are not all stars but could easily come first in the skill competition.

yeah saturday we should see the all star competition with any nhl player who has the hardest shot/ fastest skating and stuff like that then the next day you have have the all star game where only all stars play

Ovechkin played at Dynamo Moscow before joining the NHL. fans of this team have a chant: we believe in only one team, we always support it, we will never leave it in trouble. only Maltsev! only Dynamo! it's time for Washington fans to come up with a similar chant about Ovechkin

Before watching this video why I had a feeling no one is gonna make a single mistake. Even for NHL player's that have been playing hockey from 10 to 20years and more these obstacles take decent amount of their experience.

I'm surprised. Looking at the lineup for this competition I would have thought Burns was the only one big and strong enough to get it over 100 mph. Was also disappointed to not see any monsters in this one. Weber and Chara spoiled us.

DAAAMN.... and I thought my hair was getting a bit gray despite only being 32. Ovechkin is the same age and his is GRAY. I find just a couple on the top of my head and a bit more around my sideburns, but Ovechkin..... looks like he's in his late 40s-early 50s. Looks older than Jagr.
