Thank you...i was just quoted 500 at my local HD shop to install 2 new tires (that didnt include the tire purchase from them either) I was a little intimidated until watching your video~THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME HOW TO VIDEO, GREAT JOB !!! I now have the confidence to do this on my own. ^5!

Nice job. I just pull the wheel and take it to my Indy I think he charges me $35 to mount a new tire and balance. The tools to do everything would definitely be worth owning if someone goes through tires often.

The Dot is Red it is the heavy part of the tire and goes opposite the valve stem. If the Dot is Yellow it goes with the stem. just FYI use Waterproof grease not Anti seize, less messy plus better water dispersion.

By “with the stem” does that man right above it? Or do you mean parallel to it ?

I have some scrape marks around the lips of that black plate just like yours but no sure where it came from. Is it from pot holes or lowered suspension??

That's a lot of Weights. Must not be a Good Brand Tire. Also. Best to add Weight on both sides of Rim. If not you produce a Quasi Imbalance. There is a Scale on the side. To get proper Belt Tension.

Stupid question but this is a tubeless tire right? Also I didn't hear the two pops when inflating the tire, what did the pops indicate again?

Yes tubeless tire. Pops should happen when a new tire is inflated, its the sound of the 2 beads seating on the rim of the wheel. Think I put lots of soap and it slid on without the pop sound this time.
