I have been driving C180 for 6 weeks now and the only thing I can say is that the car is amazing in every segment. It’s unreal how much confidence you have while driving. I have to emphasize that the surround sound system is a story unto itself.

We love our 2009 c300 4matic. I could only imagine how wonderful the new model is. Thanks for this video

Very nice indeed. I'm waiting for the 4MATIC plugin hybrid, that's the way to go! Supposedly the best (phev) electric range with a good amount of power on pure electric, so no combustion engine necessary on casual drives during the week for me...weekends however, that's another case. It's the best of both worlds..

I really like Smart Home Integration system of Mercedes Benz C class which allows you to set your home temperature, light and open the garage door from distance. It is something new for me to see how Mercedes comments on your outfit, though it was not detailed answer and did not comment whether certain outfit good for business meeting. Also, it is also practical to control your speed limitation from Mercedes Me app and when lights direct you to your destiantion via symbols and guidelines. Definitely, one of the best car of its segment. I do not like only one thing in this car it is not possible to control temperature with physical buttons. Since my favourite Mercedes cars are Mercedes C class and E class and you are already reviewed them, I would not make suggestion to test another Mercedes Benz car. Thanks for video.

Don't do the same mistake as I did with my 2017 Mercedes Coupe, the company It's just not worth it!! I booked in for an appointment for beginning of Jan then it has been delayed until the 28th of Jan(Friday) due to shortage of staff, fair enough! The car had 3 main problems. - Gearbox being jerky, especially 1->2 gear and I could occasionally feel a "push"(like someone bumping into me, scary!) when shifting at times. - Rear parking sensors not working. - Boot release not working. Bear in mind that the car hasn't got a scratch or any accidents. Dropped the car off at 08:05 AM (drop off is from 8-10AM). I wanted to be one of the very first customers since I am highly dependable of the car and a loner car isn't available for another 6 weeks(Insane). 08:21AM Text - Car received by the Control Team 13:50PM - A technician has been assigned 15:23PM - Your technician is currently working on your vehicle. - That's when I thought, a bit late ain't it? Might be a late message and someone has already looked at it in the meanwhile but wait for the next one!! 15:43PM - I get a call for authorization of carrying further checks(£180 per check if the issue is not covered by extended warranty) on the vehicle as it may not be covered under extended warranty as it's most likely due to corrosion of the wires(how is that my problem because their electricals are poorly protected? It's a C Coupe 2017 so out of manufacture's warranty) and the car would have needed to be held over the weekend but no one will look at it for the 2 days since Saturday they don't do any diagnostics works(is it jogging day or what?) and Sunday its closed. Now I am starting to think, I went there extremely early to make sure my car is being looked at, but it isn't. Loaner cars are not available for another 6 weeks and no exception or additional help would be given. Mercedes has the worse car manufactures culture that I have ever! The insane prices just to check something or service prices are just absolutely ridiculous which forces customers to go to other Mercedes-Benz specialists for their own flaws instead of ensuring decent level of customer experience. Another issue that I also had, and it has been a US supported change of sunroof front panoramic covers which just deteriorates because of car washes cleaning products after just 2-3 years of manufacture, absolutely ridiculous.

Since new I own a 2011 C300 and a 2018 C43. I'm looking forward to adding a C300 or an AMG version of it. The Interior looks very different. I love them all so I'm never selling.
