In your cooking videos, you always filet. But whole fried panfish is excellent as well, plus you get that wonderful fish bacon -- the fins. What's your opinion of whole fried perch? I grew up with it, catching like 300 or more on Toledo Bend then having a huge family fish fry. I love it.
