Would another line be play the bullet, load bullet into twin, hit, stack trigger so that 2 torments go on the Nico first, pop bauble, play an umbral at fast speed dealing 12, then bullet resolves banishing all curses for a total of 20?

the twin is in banishment. You could actually get 26 damage though if it were on board - loading plated bullet mid-combat (once anathema's is in intent) will give the shadows twin another +2, meaning you hit for 6. Plus the 12 from umbral tithe and the 8 from anathema banish effect
