3, 3, 2, 2, 3. i did okay though. not a bad score. i think i got slightly more than enough sleep today. i wasn't able to sleep until around 2 or 3 a.m. and got up at around 4 or 5 a.m. and was up until 6 something to 7 a.m. before i slept again and then finally got up at around 1:24 p.m. so i just estimated i got about 9 hours and 30 minutes of sleep today which is slightly more than enough. combined with 4 days ago and days prior, i think i am still about 1 hour and 35 minutes short of sleep overall which is not that bad. i am quite happy.🙂
