Faye didn't get over it. Her ending says she still pines for Alm and sometimes ditches her husband, worrying him and her family (maybe cause she is going to see Alm). Similar to Tharja's and Camilla's single endings where they stalk Robin and Corrin. But Camilla's stalk Corrin ending was changed in the English/localized version. Though at least Camilla and Tharja have much happier ending options, unlike Faye.
