Rose punches from her hips. A big force multiplier. She does a lot of other things correctly, like distance, but I am just agreeing with your comment about punching power.

Rose is one of the most heart aching lovely women on the planet. And she can stick and move like an olympic fencer. I might dislike Korean Karate, but Rose punches like Shaolin despite her background. Squares off, but for herself, still an angle on the opponent. Then starting with her feet she grabs some power, magnifies it with her hips then lets her fist fly. Rose is magnificent.

I have been watching Rose Namajunas last few fights and I cane across the video made by MixedMollyWhoppery, one of the best videos I have seen and I had to go down the rabbit hole for Rose and Pat and I felt in love with their journey. Nothing but Love, Health and Respect to the both of them.

Ninja level.... Seriously like eight extreme high level moves Judo,Bjj,MT kickboxing, traditional boxing. Along with kempo, ty quan do, Okinawa JJ, greco roman wrestling lets not forget her defense. A really awkward custom movement based ranged defense then snake like stalking with power shots set up by faints and combo's. Huge fan!

there is absolutely no doubt in my mind right now that if the ufc put her against Weili Zhang, thug rose will get dethrone... Im not some mma noobie fan who just became one recently because of connor McGregor lol. ive been following mma for the past 20 years. ive follow every organization and seen most fights, from shooto to romanex, to chute boxe, you name it--- SO I KNOW WHAT THE F IM TALKING ABOUT!
