A new logistics center being developed at 85 Main Street in Spotswood, New Jersey, is underway. Petillo is building the framework for the warehouse while developing the site around the complex, including utilities, water management and shipping and distribution areas. The 654,640 SF industrial/distribution facility is set to be delivered in Q4 of 2023.
