Hi Josh. Yes buddy there is.Just make sure the texture for the planet is dry before you apply the lid. Usually just a few minutes. Then dont spray too much around the lids just enough to cover the paper/texture that is showing. Cheers.

The card comes in a size of 450 x 550 mm but for Spiderman I cut it to 450 square.

Hi Luke I use a 300gsm white glossy card from your local printers.It is also know as poster board. The tool for the lines is just a plastic paint scraper from a hardware store...costs a coupla bucks. Use it while the paint is still wet and its scrapes down to the white card creating those white lines. Cheers

Hi Rashi The paper used is a semi-glossy card with a thickness of 325gsm....so quite a thick card compared to normal card from a shop. Its available from printing shops. The glossy surface allows for a smooth glass-like finish and enhances the gloss enamel finish of the paints. Cheers

Buy the spray paints at any car spare parts shop. They must be all enamel or all acrylic enamel or they wont mix on the paper. You cannot spray acrylic onto enamel when wet but you can if the pure enamel is dry. Cheers

Hi. At the time I did it for about 5 years and used to go to markets and shows doing it. I now paint in oil and watercolour but still enjoy the occassional go at this type of art. Practice makes perfect as they say so I did 100s to learn asap...plenty of mistakes too LOL

Hi Graham, thanks for the reply. I've only been doing it for 6 months just after work and weekends. I haven't really got an artistic hand but I have wanted to try some sort of artistic thing for years whether it be resin art or acrylic pours, just something. Well I came across this and thought I'd give it a try, Ive done about 50 paintings so far, with varying success but I love the art. Also you are the first person I have seen using the same paint as I started using, what I struggle with is the nozzle on the end, but watching how you use it has helped thanks again. Also I have seen your other paintings and art and you possess an artistic flair I haven't got lol, cheers

Hi again Luke To create the thin black lines just spray black paint against the SIDE of some card, not onto the paper itself.Bend the card slightly for the curved lines. Thanks

It's called glossy paper. And you can use a canvas as well

Hi. Its 325gsm semi glossy card, also called poster board. Get it from a printers.

Felix Clement Hi Felix. I used International Orange, Gold for the eyes, Sky Blue for the dark side over painted with Creation Blue and a touch of white for the glint in his eye. Oh and Black of course!!!!! Technically he is really a Scarlet colour but I think he looks great in these colours too.
