We have found the Kranzle to be a brilliant machine. Very reliable, great power. The Karchers seem to have got very light, and I don't think they are as good as they were.

Saw a washer the other day that was wall mounted inside a barn and had a couple of pipes that went to different areas with quick connect ports. Used in Dairy farming for cleaning different sections of a shed/milking parlor. Ask Tom P.

Cleanwell steam cleaner are real good. No circuit boards to get damp. Just switches n wires. Aquawash supplied mine.

We used to have a xrion on a baler on a farm I worked on once and it was very good, we made up a small tarpaulin that we tied underneath the tractor so the straw didn’t build up under the tractor until we discovered putting a rollover on the front linkage which was spot on, the only other problem we had was the lock turning into some off the fields that where roadside it was a bit tight.

I’ve still got the first steam cleaner our company ever bought a 1986 Karcher 755 HS it gets put away & anti freezed every time & goes to Karcher service centre in Wolverhampton every 5 years for a service 😉 🇳🇿Using WiFi in NZ🇳🇿😂

Hot wash, definitely recommend a Kranzle, fantastic machine very heavy duty. Full brass pumps, stainless steel parts and ceramic bearings.

Try edge or a falch if you can get hold of one never had any problems with both local authority work the falch we have will put a hole in a bit of concrete kracher are now cheaply built and flimsy

I went looking for a new hot wash last year and was thinking about a karcher! Until the fella said that they have to be plugged into laptop to diagnose fault's!🤨 A laptop for a power washer, that ended the karcher!🤦 Mac or lavor get a good name but back up service is the most important thing.

Get yourself a Kranzle power washer, expensive but the best about and very reliable. Add into that that you can get parts for them easily and parts available for machines that are 20+ years old

I watched the morning after great video Reaseheath has changed a lot since I was there and John Bownes new shop looks smart as for me down to 45% today my tremor has been diagnosed I have Parkinson’s disease and it’s been quite a shock so feeling rather down

With regard to freezing up!! You need to store them where they cant freeze, also when finish using them in winter, first empty the machine out of water then connect a short length of hose between the inlet and outlet , fill that hose with water/antifreeze and then cycle it through the machine a few times and leave it connected until you use it again. You will never freeze up again if you do this set up!!

You can do what you want as long as it’s 2m from the edge of the highway. Used to have a wall mount karcher pressure washer at work. When it worked it was brilliant. But often went wrong.

Hi Olly Where is the dyna demo being held at?? John's yard is a great place to go to, I never get bored. 3 Xerion's would be a great set up and ideal for your operations. Plus all parts can be ordered from the same place. Saves a bit of time running around. Cheers mate 👍

Have a kranzle excellent power washer, very well made. I have put it an old chest freezer which prevents freezing and cut some small slots for pipes

Have used hot washes from britclean, only problem is they do freeze but other than that no issues.

We bought an erhle 623 pressure washer just over 12 months ago, after having a few karcher washers previously. Upto now it's been no problem. Chap in whitchurch sells and services them. We'll built with a steel frame/trolly instead of plastic like the new karchers.

Hi Olly Nice Video Farmer I do some work for used to have a karcher hot washer gave up repairing that years ago and got a 3 phase Brian Nixon ( advertised in the farmers weekly ) power washer just a big motor and pump very little to go wrong Thanks again

Don't bother cleaning the Xerion to match the new baler, just buy a new one, sure they must have a 2 for 1 offer on right now.

The good thing about Karcher is spare parts are easy to find and available. Downside is they are prone to break and fail often. I have heard Kranzle mentioned so many times as being the best!! Whatever you buy, make sure its firstly commercial/industrial spec. Secondly that parts are available but yes do some research on Kranzle for sure.

Looks like pick-up hitch would cause problems going over straw swath seeing you’ll be running round after your combine even with a under body skirt on

All pressure washers freeze,the best way is mount a tank above with antifreeze in it,run it through every night then in the morning pump the antifreeze back into the tank.

Could you not make up your own hot wash? Water storage tank heated from the bio mass, hook up a pump to ramp up the pressure and have a dedicated wash bay? You could also have a separtate connection for cold wash only ie from a water harvesting system. Unfortunately the generic jet wash's ie Karcher aren't made to last that long.
