I am so so so inspired by these spreads. Thank you for the suggestion of choosing a deck that is very supportive and honest when first beginning shadow work. It really helped to put me more at ease. This is something I have been wanting to do for a while but knew i wasn't prepared or had the support systems in place for them until now. I am grateful for your insights and this video especially at this time. I just received your book in the mail yesterday! Yay YAY :) I am have pre-ordered the Reclaim Oracle, but now I know I have other decks that can gently support me in shadow work that I already have. Thank you for all you do. Just amazing

The Labradorite goddess is gorgeous 💚💙! I've found that this crystal actually closes off my own energy field/aura to the outside world, giving it a chance to reset. So there's a downside: when i put it away, the vibrations from the outside world will reassert themselves, as i haven't really done anything to learn how to live with them. Then again for sb with very fragile boundaries, it's really excellent to finally feel safe and sheltered for a change, oh yes, and so that's what I learned from the stones, and still do.

As about Apache Tears, they are very useful especially for grieving and mourning and all works involving losses and ends. Obsidian in general is very good for protection, cord cutting, shamanic voyages and shadow work. As about your beautiful specimen, it is not an Apache Tear. They usually show a rainbow and usually are used raw. Yours seems simply a beautiful tumbled Black Obsidian. Anyway very good for Shadow Work. Another Crystal very suitable for is Black Himalayan Textite. In general all Black Crystals, including Black Onyx and Snowflake Obsidian, are good for Shadow Work. I am an expert Crystal Therapist and Coach.

I watched your video last night and wrote down your spread to get started. What scares me, what excites me, journey. Personally, with jump cards - I use them as the energy of the reading/spread. My spread… I’m still working through it but some insights would be welcomed. Card 1 - 8 pent Card 2 - 8 strength Card 3 - 21 the world Jump card - 8 swords 🤯🤯🤯

Oh your Labradorite is stunning! Keyword is Magic and helps to see in the darkness and is a Shamanic Stone. Larkivite is stronger. They are not for shutting inner critic. Maybe it is your purpose but not in general.

Using that first spread, the "What scares me, what excites me, how can I get the most out of this" one with the Sacred Creators Oracle and it... honestly didn't pull any punches. Surprisingly effective deck for this topic. For Scares me I pulled "Fearless Expression" which in this context makes so much sense especially since the guide book mentions laying your soul bare, self doubt, and learning to Scott your own value. This deck might be a Surprisingly wonderful shadow work tool.

Lisa, I love all of your self-worth path videos. I click on them ASAP. I find them so useful and I try to implement what resonates with me. I know the practices have made a difference. I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it if you can create an e-book workbook with all of these spreads, practices, journal prompts, and tools you have shared in this series. I love your book and know this work is critical. I love workbooks and journals so just throwing the idea out there. ❤️

Ohhh Monstarot is so cute! Never heard about. For a gentle approach with Shadow Work I use two Oracle decks: Wisdom of the House of Night by Colette Baron-Reid and Shadows & Light by Lucy Cavendish sometimes together with Shapeshifters Oracle.

I love the first spread, will try later. Good cards yours too, even with my slightly different interpretation for first and third card. But of course your interpretation is good for you, because it is for you.

Oh my, how perfect is the reclaim oracle for the "Observe-Own-Create" spread. I am speechless, I am in awe and I didn't even plan to buy the reclaim oracle. I was like "not my taste". I may just want it for that particular spread. It's incredible!!

You are a wonderful philosopher. Your right some people have their own paths and have to work on shadow in their own timing. And like me it’s time to work on it, for I know I’m tired on being on the hamster wheel. Thank you Liza, for this advice and also recommending help to go along our journeys.

I don't like your second deck instead. Black and Flesh and this style of drawing is not a thing my Libra side appreciates. I think I will try working with Garden Dragons for the funny side and Dragon Path for the darker, and maybe consacrate Barbieri Tarot, I own from some years but I haven't used yet.

Is the Monstarot the one that Dustin talks about & turns into a little boy telling u about his favorite movie?!
