The island looks great! When moving our rugs I stick a small line of painters tape on the floor by the rug’s edge, and then it’s so easy to line it right back up.

Everything looks great! I have cloth shower liners and I love them! They are so easy just to throw them in the washer and your done. It sure has saved me a lot of money not having to replace the plastic ones. The island looks good! Have a wonderful week!

Really glad you pointed out the transition from paper towels. I clean everything with paper towels and see so many you tubers use cloths. Trying to change but it’s so hard!

Love your blue/gray island! After 9 years of saving, we finally did a "reface" of our kitchen last month and ended up choosing a blue/gray ("Fjord") for our lower cabinets and white ("Arctic") for our upper. It's amazing how those colors lighten and brighten a room.

The island looks very nice. I love the color. I tend to go for shades of blue. I ordered a dusting bundle from ecloth. I have had their cleaning bundle of cloths for a couple of years now. I love them. They do an awesome job and hold up great.

The island looks amazing!!!! Just an idea that I use for my area rug. I put blue painters tape on the four corners of the floor so I know where it goes back every time and it saves from having to move the couch several times.

LOVE how the island turned out, such a fresh look! I have been using the fabric shower liners for years too, they are awesome & I hate the way plastic ones feel when you accidentally rub against them in the shower 😂 I bought the red slippers just before Christmas, loved seeing you in yours ❤️ My daughter has had a turquoise pair for several years that she hasn't worn in forever, so I took those over as well! I had painters paint my living room Benjamin Moores Wedgewood grey. I also had them paint my island the same color. On the island, it looks more grey then blue but I love it! Your island looks great too!

Love the color! Thanks for the code. I already use e cloths and love them but this made me order the spring bundle and I had to get the extendable duster. You should put a really small pencil mark on your baseboard for where the rug belongs the next time you move out the sectional just before you move the rug. Just mark a tiny mark on both sides. The couch covers it, and it's your forever home, and you could just touch up paint the one spot if you ever move for savy. 😂 Just a thought. Happy Monday.

I found the e-cloth starter set and other e-cloths on Zulilly as a ridiculously low price. It finally warmed up to mid 40s today in Minnesota and used the window cloths on my front storm door that was so disgusting. What a game changer!! Just water and it was amazing how clean they got and no streaks! It is west facing door so I work very hard to get rid of those streaks or it drives me nuts. Now if it would just warm up enough to melt the snow around the house so I can do the rest of the Windows! I also have high ceilings and have tried a duster with a lomg handle with the disposable dusters and it does an ok job but now I may have to get one for my walls, ceilings and my ceiling fans! By the way, your island looks beautiful..you are braver than me in going for the change in color!!
