I got gluten allergy after giving birth to my daughter. I usually go for grilled vegetables, and any kind of meat to go with it. Soups, and hummus are also great 👍🏻 Try following a cooking channel for healthy meals that suits your taste 😉💝

I know this is an oldish video but I wanted to shoutout thepixietraveler /thelostbros and glutenfreedisneyworld for gluten free eating tips on your next DW trip! As a gf vegan, I rely on different sources of carbs like rice or quinoa to bulk out a meal. Restaurant options vary but chains like Blaze pizza offer a gf crust and someone else said Chipotle as an option as well (my fave).

Ok first love you and your vlogs (I've binged them all!!!) second of all I'm sorry that you have to go gf 🥲 Chipotle is the best place IMO for take out and honestly most restaurants have gf options. BFree is the best bread and Schar has all the good snacks 🤍
