Only one bloom per bulb? How long will it take to see multiple blooms

Most foxtail lilies only give off one bloom per bulb unfortunately. It’s worth the wait tho.

Which zone are you in? How do you protect the foxtails during winter? I’m in zone 6b

Hello! I am I. Zone 7b. When I planted them last year, I had light mulch on top of the root area ONLY. I will protect the crown/growing area with a layer of boxwood clippings so as not to rot.
