Andy Bennett gives us a masterclass in hard pellet fishing for carp on the pole at the fabulous Forest Lane Fishery in the spring.
Hard Pellets are a staple diet for carp as they are fed up and down the country at commercial fisheries. In this video, Andy shows us three different methods that can catch those wise carp whether you're fishing a match or on a pleasure session. The first tactic is targeting them early on the short line, this is followed by fishing out long on the deck and finally catching them shallow swinging and slapping your rig.
Andy gives you plenty of fishing tips and advice, covering feeding, the size of pellets, hook bait changes and all the intricacies that will help you catch more fish. You only need a bag of pellets to have a cheap day out and catch many carp.
