Materials Needed
Two 12x12 papers for outside of purse
Two pieces of 8x9 chipboard
1 piece piece of 9x4 chipboard - BOTTOM OF BAG
Two pieces of 9x8 paper LINER
ONE piece of 9x4 piece for BOTTOM LINER
Two pieces 5x8 for SIDES
FOUR 8X 1 1/2 pieces for decorative strips
Thumbtacks
Rope for handles

Join two 12x12 pieces together for outer liner
On the 9 inch side, Cut chipboard at an angle with the angle flaring outward at the top
Lay chipboard on outer liner pieces, trim excess paper
Place decorative strips. Insert tacks with one inch spacing
Cut small triangles between each end of the 9 x 4 chipboard base, mitre corners and glue down paper
Score 5x8 side pieces at 1/2 on three sides, remove small corner pieces and glue down
Place tape on chipboard joints, trim to fit and glue down bottom liner
Attach tack feet
Glue bag together
Fray rope on each end and sandwich between scrap paper with glue. Then glue handles inside the bag
Trim liner pieces to fit and glue inside bag
