Checking an area that looked good on the hunting app and exploring to see if there are any good areas for Spring king boletes and blonde morels. We keep finding natural morels along the way to look for King and blondes.

Another exhausting day of picking! Some of those shrooms look pretty buggy. If you cut them in half when you get home and cut off the damaged parts you'll get rid of most of the bugs so they won't continue to deteriorate. Washing is not the answer.

A salt water wash would drive some em out though, but yeah cutting is king

Thank you for all your videos.As helpful and informative they are please consider warning newbies about look alike.There are quite a few Gyromitra aka false morels outhere which can seriously injure or worse...

I use onXhunt app. Would be nice to get sponsorship from them. 😆 It's a life saver. I don't worry about getting lost.
