Nice (farm). The last line in the description is misleading based on watching several videos I'd say the furniture except the main dining room needs replacing. The main barn needs work, and another outbuilding needs major work (Wall replacing) or to be torn down. The price per acre is double that of those within the area which includes nicer buildings. You forgot to mention not every house/cabin has grid-supplied power! As it is no longer operating as a guest ranch there is no goodwill as a business. They really have to reconsider their asking price. That's my thoughts, good luck!
