I want to get admission

I want to apply to study the English language in.... Please, I want to know the details about that and what is the best choice for me as well. Do you have a scholarship to study the language because my financial condition is poor, and I can not afford the expensive tuition fees? Do you support me in applying for a visa? What about accommodation and its cost finally? I would be grateful to you if you accept me as a student in your community... many thanks
