Braille Skateboarding

Жыл бұрын

We're officially out of ideas again so we're leaving it up to you, the viewers, to give us some... today the Spring Powered Skateboard is what you wanted to see and Aaron Kyro makes it a reality. In a world where popping doesn't exist, all you gotta do is springload a skateboard deck and you got more pop than ever before... hopefully. Let's see if Aaron can make this happen! Make sure you leave some comments below on more ideas you want to see!

What you need is two boards stacked with springs in between. This way they can't just bend to the sides. You'll get more consistent compression of the springs.

Ahh yes, theoretically, with those you could kinda mimic trucks. with 2 on front and 2 in the back. maybe rubber caps on the bottom of the spring for stability

@@frostydastonedman9744 smashing idea right there too. It could be a “MoonBoard” Maybe some normal trucks and wheels on the bottom board with the stronger maybe 6-8 of the heavier duty suspension springs sandwiched between the top board. Spring the nose the tail and over each wheel maybe one in the middle. Then it could be actually SKATED skated. hope this happens. ✌️

Find some flat brackets to attach the front, middle, and rear springs together. That way when the springs are compressed the tension from the bracket will stop the springs from collapsing. Look up parallel combination of coil springs for a visual example. Also you should get some solid wood wheels and see if you can friction start them on fire while power sliding.

What you need to do to limit the sideways movement is make a pogo-stick type of system with two reciprocating poles that can slide up and down without being able to bend sideways. Then, the springs would be able to compress and decompress, but they wouldnt be able to go sideways except for a little bit. Then, you can adust the tolerance for sideways movement by increasing/decreasing the diameter of the reciprocating support poles and/or the springs. The more space between the support poles and the springs you have, the more sideways movement you will get. Then just make 4 or 6 of them or however many you need to make it work and it's done. Basically just a skateboard deck with very short pogo sticks for legs.

you should get something with a telescope functionality that gets pushed in with every bounce, to put on the inside of every single spring. It should automatically come back up with the springs to keep them from going off to the sides. This way they will maintain their springinesss much more :D

Y'all should put a smaller diameter spring inside the main spring to provide extra Force as well as potentially acting like a spine for the larger diameter spring. I'm trying to think of a vertebra that would give you the left to right stability but because it also has to compact, that makes it difficult because a true vertebra would have to shoot up through the deck and through your feet. That's why I'm thinking and inner spring would be your best bet

Get larger diameter springs so that they cover a larger surface area and if the metal of the spring itself being a thicker gauge metal and I believe this could become a legit street skating invention. And like if there was a square plate welded to the bottom of the spring. I believe that would help to keep the springs straighter up and down when you go to pop

@@Flavio010295 yes clearly. If they would have went online they would have been better off. But it’s a pretty simple solution to the springs bending, if they were wider they’d be able to distribute weight more evenly across the board while maintaining a vertical compression angle.

Game of anything goes SKATE with shorter and thicker springs with shorter hardware and a heavy duty washer through the center of the spring. No bendy bend and you could probably get away with just 4 springs. Although 4 springs next to each other at the back of the tail for crazy pop could be cool too.
