hello, welcome to vlog 20!
in this week’s vlog, I decided to spend some time on self care to begin the first month of spring. I cleaned my room, did some decorating, played some animal crossing, relaxed, did a face mask and other skin care, etc. 🤍

It's so important to cherish your daily life! That makes up most of our days, so it's necessary to feel comfortable being with oneself and to care for one's own good. Very nice vlog, I'd love to see more of the positive selfcare!

aw thank you so much! 🥹 i don’t use any specific prompts, but in the morning i typically write what i hope for the day, how i want it to go, etc. and in the evening i typically reflect on how my day went and write down anything i want to remember from it! 🤍

Like, w2e is literally my favorite band (I love seasons, bonfire, and bad), I'm in the middle of binging all of the studio Ghibli movies 16/25, and I'm caught up on all of Annika's recent vids. I love all of the ones I have watched so far, but maybe it'd be a tie between 'When Marnie was There' and 'Castle in the Sky.' honestly, I'm scared to watch 'Grave of the Fireflies' because I heard it's super sad. also, where'd you buy those studio Ghibli calendars? aw don’t be sorry!! thank you 🥹 the coffee cup is from a cafe from when i was traveling, but there are plain ones without the design on amazon! i have those and i love them :) as for the water bottle, it was a gift but the brand is aqualea (also on amazon!)

Do you have any tips on going on solo dates/places by yourself? I want to try to start going to places by myself instead of waiting for when my friends are free but I feel awkward about it and I feel kinda weird when I see other ppl with friends and me going by myself to places 😓

i actually don’t do this much myself because i can be very shy haha 🥹 but i’d say it’s important to remember that so many people go places alone, and everyone is focused on what they’re doing not what you’re doing 🤍 you deserve to feel comfortable and confident in your own presence, and should do what you enjoy with or without others :)

i got it from a local seasonal store over the holidays 😭 but the brand is studio ghibli and it’s a my neighbor totoro 2024 engagement calendar !! i hope it’s available somewhere online 🥹
