@@Samator1 please if you can tell someone, it will help a lot. Try to get mental help, but I know of course that’s really expensive. Distractions will only temporarily hide the truth, if you want to feel happy you will probably need more then just distractions. I hope you get better and have a nice day ❤️🩹
