Here is a quick install of our Springer Precision Low Profile/ESP Magwell. Torque our provided screw to 8 in/lbs.

I just got one of these for my P320x carry frame and it fits perfectly. I plan on buying one for my x5 legion in the future. If you are considering buying one of these... do it. You will not regret the purchase. The fit and overall look is excellent. pair it with the x5 legion mags and it looks like it was designed just for the x5 series grips.

I'm assuming it would not be legal in uspsa carry optics? If not I would love to see one that is. Cover up the holes left behind when removing the stock magwell to make the gun legal for carry optics.

No magwells are allowed in USPSA CO.

Yes, but we suggest basepads that are longer than the factory pads for better seating.

My ESP magwell just arrived (for XD-M). Everything looks great, the handle backstrap fits perfectly. However, the set screw appears too short--in order to have it snug, it has screwed all the way through the threads on the magwell itself. The set screw is about 8 mm long (but the depth of the slot in the handle backstrap is nearly 10 mm), so it seems it can't get a snug fit. Can you offer any assistance? It appears the set screw is too short. Thank you.

Will factory magazines that had an added mag extension be compatible?

If the extension is compatible with the factory mag well.

You said this will fit on all the x series frames. Will this also fit in the M17? I’ve been trying to find one for mine for a while now.

The M17 uses a grip that requires modification and a different magwell. We do this regularly and you would look in the P320 section or contact us at 541-480-5546 for assistance. Thanks
