How to Put Eye Ointment in Horses

The first method is for horses who are well-behaved and trusted, and the second method is for more challenging or unknown horses. Always use an eye ointment WITHOUT steroid unless directed by your veterinarian, as steroids can cause fungal infections to get much worse.

Thank you for your instruction. My horse throws her head because her eye is infected and it hurts when I try to put the meds in her eye. So I'm by myself how can I get her to be still. 5:32
