Hi 😊 The fence is wonderful and the changes it will go trough naturally will be lovely to see. Great idea for a fire pit, and perfect for those Spring and Summer evenings for chilling. It's so good to see ducks coming back . We had geese flying over this morning... you couldn't miss them with their honking voices haha. It's great to see the ole guy chilling 🐶.He is gorgeous. Thank you so much! I love the fence and the fire pit, I'm really looking forward to those summer nights! We have some bad weather coming next week, so a little bit of patience is needed again. Oh, geese can be so loud, but they sound so funny. Hopefully a few ducks will stay to have baby's here, it's lovely to see. And thank you, he really is enjoying life and I'm so grateful he's still with me, and in pretty good health. Thank you for you kind words, it keeps me motivated every week! ❤️

Hello Nikky! Your place looks nice. I love your kitchen view. The summer plans sound great. We have caught the spring fever too. Enjoy the upcoming beautiful NL weather. Post your progress for us. Also, I love how you take care of your senior fur baby. He is so sweet. He deserves it after those years of devotion to you. Appreciate every second with him. I just lost my border collie after 17.5 years. She was my BFF too. Tot ziens! Fijn dag! ❤❤❤

Thank you so much! I'm very excited about summer, can't wait to work on al my plans. How is the weather at your place now? And thank you, I really appreciate it. I love all my animals, but Zenno is definitely my best friend. He is a very sweet dog and I will give him a extra hug right away! 17,5 years is such a long time, that's amazing. I can't imagine how it feels without your border collie, hopefully you are alright, but I guess it will take some time. Thank you so much for your kind words ❤️

great idea with the fire pit, you could put large rocks around it for the time being; you could probably make that pallet into a decent table so you're not breaking your back bending over so much nothing like a meal cooked over a hot fire! thanx for sharing

Thank you so much, I love reading your comments. Yes, that was Dylan, my brother. I'm very lucky he likes to help me out with some of the big projects and together we can get a lot of work done. Thank you, those hamburgers are very tasty, cooking over a fire just tastes so good. I'm very lucky with how the sky looks on some days here, I really enjoy watching it and sharing it with you! Hi Nikky! Another beautiful video. I loved the music you added, very nice. You both had quite a workout! You had a handsome young man helping, and its really coming together nicely. I loved the view of the cottage. I had not seen a full view before. Do you have an upstairs? it looked to me that way. Its going to be beautiful in the summertime. I loved seeing the cats, we are cat people. They are beautiful. I know when you are digging that pit, thats tough, I took an archeology course in college, I remember we had to dig like 6 feet deep, and it was hot out and that was TOUGH. all of the things you hit while digging. I enjoyed this video so much. as always. You both are hard workers and this is a beautiful homestead! Here in the states tomorrow on april 8, we will be viewing the eclipse! This one is a total totality and we are right in the path. Its going to be fun, they are letting kids out of school early ( also I work at the school ) so everyone can enjoy with their families, a once in a lifetime experience. I am nervous but I will be with my daughter watching. We are going to have German food at a German restaurant! Anyways I know I type alot. 😅 See you next week!

Hey! I loved reading your comment, as always! I always love to hear from you. That handsome young man was Dylan helping, he is my lovely brother. He loves to help out with bigger projects and together we get a lot of work done. Oh, you are so right! Digging is always hard, luckily it was not too warm yet. I love hearing you enjoyed the video, I try to make every video a little bit more beautiful. I heard a lot about the eclipse! I would love to sea it, I hope you will enjoy it, but I think you definitely will. It's nice everybody on the schools gets to leave early to enjoy it. Enjoy you day and the food! See you next week! ❤️
